Job Summary
Greet guests in a positive, professional, and welcoming manner; manage seating and flow of guests; provide information and conversation while guests wait; accommodate special requests; answer questions, handle complaints, and escalate to management as needed; maintain the host stand and cleanliness; coordinate guest movement within the food service area; know table numbers and floor plans; communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management; monitor or stock restroom supplies; demonstrate knowledge of company products and happenings; adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies; perform other duties with a sense of urgency; prior guest-service or hospitality experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- One year in a guest service position preferred; previous experience in a food and beverage environment helpful; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Rate of Pay: $15-$18
- Handles initial and final contact with guests; greets guests in a positive, professional, and welcoming manner
- Adheres to responsible alcohol service established by company policy
Desired Qualifications
