Job Summary
Greeting guests in a positive, professional, and welcoming manner; directing guests to seating and managing flow; answering questions, handling complaints, and providing item suggestions; maintaining the host stand, coordinating movement in the dining area, knowing table numbers and floor plans, and communicating with guests and staff; ensuring cleanliness and supplies around the front of the venue; adhering to alcohol service policies and safety/sanitation practices; and performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- One year in a guest service position preferred; previous experience in a food and beverage environment helpful; or equivalent combination of education and experience
