Host

Greeting guests in a positive, professional, and welcoming manner; managing seating and flow of guests; providing information and conversation while guests are waiting or seated; accommodating special requests; maintaining guest satisfaction through answering questions, handling complaints, and directing to management; communicating product knowledge and happenings to guests; maintaining the host stand, stocking supplies, and handling telephones; ensuring cleanliness of front facade and restrooms; enforcing safety and sanitation practices; adhering to alcohol service policies; and performing additional duties as assigned. Rate of pay is $15-$18 per hour. Hospitality-focused duties include coordinating guest movement with the table management system, knowing table numbers and floor plans, and collaborating with coworkers and management to deliver an exceptional guest experience; prior guest service or food & beverage experience is preferred.
