Job Summary
Greet guests and manage initial/final guest contact in a hospitality setting. Maintain guest areas, answer questions, handle complaints, provide product information and item suggestions, and direct guests to seating while keeping wait times accurate. Coordinate movement of guests within the dining area using table management, know table numbers and floor plans, and communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management. Maintain a clean, organized host stand, stock supplies, answer phones, and adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies. Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience is preferred; strong guest-service focus and ability to move with urgency are desirable.
