Host/Hostess needed at Parm Upper West Side to greet guests, manage reservations, and set/maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities include handling reservations, cash handling, multitasking, taking orders, and delivering excellent customer service. Requires experience with a reservation system, strong communication, reliability, flexibility, team orientation, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
