Job Summary
Greet guests, manage reservation schedules for large parties, and oversee rotation seating to prevent traffic jams. Maintain a neat front-of-house environment while ensuring menu knowledge, event awareness, and responsible cash handling. Provide friendly, attentive customer service and assist with opening, closing, and side tasks as needed. Perform assigned duties including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds with team lift for heavier items. This role is critical to the Lowlands Group Restaurant's success in setting the tone for every dining experience.
