Host - Longview Chili's

Greet every Guest with a warm welcome, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them while helping fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by thinking quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and safely lifting or maneuvering trays of food. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude with the ability to work in a standing position for long periods. No experience is necessary.
