Job Summary
The Host at Live! Arena is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication and friendly service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating seating arrangements, and occasionally bussing tables. The position requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in customer service or hosting and be able to interact positively with guests, employees, and third parties.
