Job Summary
As a Host, you are the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming, friendly, and organized dining experience. You will greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, seat guests efficiently, escort guests to tables, answer questions about the menu or wait times, and maintain smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You should be able to organize seating charts, balance workload among servers, and use the restaurant’s booking system to support a positive guest experience. The role requires standing and walking for long periods in a busy dining environment, with tasks that involve handling food and beverage objects and occasional physical activity. The position is based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores, and is offered on a part-time basis. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one (1) year of related customer experience required
