Job Summary
Host staff responsible for warmly greeting and seating guests, answering phones, taking reservations and messages, maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times, and assisting with coat check duties. Must be able to move and lift items, work a variety of hours including weekends, and communicate clearly in English. Proactively contribute to a positive guest experience, assist with cleaning and resetting tables, and follow safety and service procedures; provide knowledge about the restaurant and menu and handle guest requests with courtesy.
