Job Summary
Give a warm welcome to every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls, while helping fellow Team Members and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment standing for long periods. No experience necessary.
