Job Summary
Greet guests from arrival to departure, guiding them to dining spots, nightlife, and sunrise viewing locations. Manage check-ins efficiently and assist with room turnovers, coffee service, and general cleaning tasks as needed. Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor while adapting to a busy 24/7 environment with flexible hours including overnight shifts and weekends. Prioritize guest connections and problem-solving in a collaborative team setting. Previous hospitality experience, particularly with Mews or similar property management systems, is a plus.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hostel environment
