Job Summary
Greet hotel guests and club members with warmth and professionalism, managing reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments to maximize efficiency. Escort guests to tables, provide venue information, and maintain accurate understanding of table availability throughout each shift. Communicate with managers, servers, and bartenders to ensure seamless operations, while assisting with phone inquiries, answering guest questions, and monitoring the entrance experience. Support service teams during peak periods, help maintain cleanliness at the host stand, and assist with rooftop events and special activations as needed. Required Qualifications
- Previous host, restaurant, hotel, club, or hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions
