Job Summary
Answer all incoming phone calls and take reservations using standardized etiquette. Provide positive guest recognition by familiarizing yourself with regular patrons and VIPs. Greet guests in a timely manner and escort them to tables. Monitor restaurant flow, including table turnover, guest arrivals, and departures. Confirm reservations and ensure exceptional service with pride and passion. This part-time role requires availability for nights and weekends, with the ability to stand and lift up to 30 pounds. Located at Kendall's Tavern & Chophouse in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, this position contributes to a warm, welcoming atmosphere overlooking the Bunker Hills Golf Course.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk, squat, reach, use hands, talk, hear, see and occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds
