Job Summary
Check in all employees, answer phones, and take reservations and takeout orders using the Open Table system. Greet, seat guests, and ensure menus are clean and organized while capturing important guest information. Review open table reservations to map out the shift plan and work with managers to ensure proper wait times. Maintain a clean, stocked host stand and restrooms, interacting with guests to ensure a positive dining experience. This hourly position operates seven days a week from 9 AM to 10 PM, requiring excellent communication and multitasking skills to support our vision of making every guest leave happy.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, servers, team members and guests.)
- Basic reading skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to visually scan restaurant for clean, unoccupied tables.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Ability to organize and multi-task
