Job Summary
Greet all guests as they enter the restaurant in a professional and timely manner, following seating and table rotation guidelines to monitor flow and ensure prompt service. Process payments efficiently while maintaining thorough knowledge of menu promotions and specials. Manage the host station to keep the entrance area clean, organized, and presentable, and assist Servers in the dining area when needed. Reconcile paperwork and handle cash and credit card transactions with proficiency. Adhere to Company ISO management systems, Health and Safety standards, and policies. Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced environment, obtaining ServSafe Certification as required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to count change and reconcile paperwork
- Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum (6) months in a restaurant establishment
Desired Qualifications
- Resort/National Park Concession preferred
