Job Summary
Greet members and guests by name, seat them while maintaining high-quality service, and uphold the 3-steps of service to ensure a seamless club experience. Converse professionally with patrons, stay calm under pressure, and handle last-minute requests or changes immediately. Keep the host podium organized, close it out at shift end, and assist service staff as needed while completing daily assignments like sanitizing work areas and stocking supplies. Notify management of any complaints for effective service recovery and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in the service or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system
- Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
