Greet and welcome guests upon arrival while managing the wait list and seating arrangements to optimize flow. Provide information about menu items and specials, then coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints courteously, answer incoming telephone calls, and perform phone "to go" orders. Set and clear tables as needed and maintain a clean, organized desk area. Perform restroom checks every 30 minutes to uphold cleanliness standards. This role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong communication skills. 13 Coins is open seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
