Host

Host at IHOP responsible for creating a positive first and last impression. Duties include opening/closing station, setting up/breaking down and maintaining the Hospitality Desk and front entrance, greeting and seating guests, utilizing Table Manager to manage seating and dining room quote times, answering phones and taking call-in orders, conducting restroom checks, communicating guest needs and issues to management, ensuring compliance with company policies and health/safety standards, and performing other duties as assigned. Must work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, work well in a team, stay organized, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. IHOP culture emphasizes smiles and guest connection.
