Host

Host role duties include greeting guests, escorting to tables, managing reservations and wait times, communicating with servers and management to balance seating, and maintaining the host stand and reservation system to deliver a polished first impression. Responsibilities include answering phones, providing menus and basic information about the restaurant, and ensuring guests feel welcomed from arrival to departure. Prior hosting experience and high-volume upscale dining experience are preferred.
