Job Summary
Host at a luxury/boutique hotel greets guests, seats dining guests, takes orders, serves food, processes payments, and maintains sanitation to deliver a welcoming, luxury-level guest experience. Responsibilities include managing reservations, guiding traffic flow, bussing tables, answering calls, and upholding Forbes Four-Star service standards. Must demonstrate exceptional guest service, knowledge of menus, ability to communicate special needs and allergies, and proficient use of POS systems. Requires ability to coordinate with front-of-house teams, provide personalized service to VIP guests, and adhere to food safety and sanitation requirements; licensing for food handling and liquor service is required or obtainable. Office environment is on-site in Bend, Oregon; flexibility for a fast-paced hospitality setting is expected.
Required Qualifications
