Job Summary
Greet all guests and take reservations by ensuring all information is captured and correct for the Brasserie and Champagne Bar. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills with guests, staff, and management. Handle food and beverage service procedures, including wine service and menu presentation, using reservation management software. Start as early as 9am and finish latest by 11pm. Immediate start required for this full-time role at St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys, the oldest caterer in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reservation management software and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including wine service and menu presentation
- A professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexible on start times as you would start as early as 9am and latest finish will be 11pm
