Greet guests warmly, seat them at appropriate tables with rotation suitable for servers, manage dining reservations and to-go orders, inform guests of server names and wait times, answer inquiries, coordinate with kitchen and service staff, maintain restrooms and cleanliness, operate cash registers, and participate in team meetings to support efficient restaurant operations.
