Job Summary
Host/Hostess at WATR responsible for taking and monitoring reservations, greeting guests, seating guests, and ensuring a smooth service flow. Duties include greeting and escorting guests to tables, interacting with guests and staff courteously, acknowledging VIPs, managing guest flow, anticipating needs, resolving questions promptly, guiding guests to waiting areas, pre-assigning seating for reservations, staying informed about hotel facilities, coordinating with management on special requests, and maintaining a clean, professional work environment. Must be able to stand for long periods, communicate effectively in English, and work a varied schedule in a 24-hour operation. Prior host experience preferred; strong customer service and multitasking skills are essential.
