Job Summary
Welcome guests, seat them efficiently, and take accurate orders while suggesting menu items to exceed expectations. Run food, clear tables, maintain clean dining areas, and handle takeout orders to ensure prompt delivery. Process payments, operate the POS system, and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies. Assist in setting up and breaking down the restaurant, support coworkers with any tasks, and keep guest areas tidy. Maintain state bar cards and follow federal, state, and local laws regarding food, safety, and alcohol service. Work on your feet for extended periods, standing and bending to carry trays up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Meet all state requirements for alcohol service
- Able to read training materials, complete testing, and follow instructions in English
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, carry trays up to 25 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Natural, friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask, balance multiple plates or orders, and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule—available nights, weekends, and gameday events
- Maintain any required state bar cards
