Host/Hostess

Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and open the front door while recording party details and estimated wait times. Provide menus, inform guests of server names, and direct them to coatrooms or waiting areas. Maintain dining and restroom cleanliness, answer telephone inquiries, and relay messages to kitchen and serving staff. Inspect dining areas, coordinate with dining room staff, and fill in for employees as needed to ensure prompt service. Operate cash registers, take to-go orders, and requisition supplies while attending employee meetings.
