Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, maintain eye contact, and acknowledge requests while introducing yourself. Understand seating arrangements, table timing, and server patterns to provide quality service. Prepare dining rooms by setting tables with clean condiments and menus. Use downtime to check on guests, fill waters, and address overall restaurant needs. Ensure carry-out orders are rung in and packaged before guests leave. Maintain a positive personality as the first impression guests receive.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills
- basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
- legible handwriting
- strong customer service and oral communication skills
- 16 years or older
- able to regularly talk and hear
- able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stop, and crouch
- able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
- U.S. Work Authorization
