Receive, recognize, and attend guests according to company excellence standards while managing restaurant reservations and seating to ensure maximum efficiency. Provide detailed menu information, resolve inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations. Handle telephone calls and correspondence with professional etiquette, ensuring responses meet established deadlines. Promote food and beverage sales points through attentive, detail-oriented service and collaborate with the Food and Beverage team on departmental strategy and objectives. Maintain hotel quality, safety, and service standards. Requires secondary school diploma, dynamic and service-oriented attitude, B2 level Spanish and English, hotel management system knowledge, and availability for Friday and Saturday shifts from 17:00h to 01:00h.
