Job Summary
The host/hostess is responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to tables, providing menus, and managing table rotations. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a high volume of customers.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment is preferred
- A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
