Job Summary
Receive, delight, and serve customers at the front counter by taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness. Manage guest experience in the queue by prioritizing seating, coordinating with the Management Team and Station In-Charge on table availability via two-way radio, and explaining menu options including Dim Sum types. Key orders into the P.O.S, confirm variations, and observe cash control procedures while printing reports. This role requires regular weekend and holiday availability during peak dining hours.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years high school education
