Receiving, delighting, and serving customers at the front counter by taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness. Manage guest experience in the queue by providing order forms, determining seating priorities, and coordinating with the Management Team and Station In-Charge via two-way radio. Sit guests, send them off warmly, and encourage repeat visits. Present order forms, describe Dim Sum options, recommend promotional dishes, and take orders while suggesting upsells. Key orders into the P.O.S, including variations and special instructions, and observe cash control procedures to print reports. Requires regular weekend, holiday, and peak hour availability. Minimum high school education with one year of similar crew experience preferred.
