Job Summary
Greets guests upon arrival and escorts them to a table, manages reservations and seating to ensure efficient seating and proper rotation, communicates seating and guest information to servers, assists with seating requests, answers phones with appropriate greeting, and maintains a clean, organized station. Performs side work, relays customer feedback, and supports overall front-of-house operations including menu provision, directions, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess experience required
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
