Host/Hostess

Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival, answering telephone calls and managing reservations to ensure efficient and timely seating. Balances flow among server stations while relaying guest information to servers and bus persons. Oversees dining room activity, ensures table selection matches rotation and party size, and provides clean menus and supplies. Maintains a clean station, checks restrooms, and stocks t-shirt storage areas. Provides backup coverage for the host stand and completes all side work requirements. Periodically checks restrooms for cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies.
