Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last impression for guests, managing reservations via OpenTable, coordinating seating to optimize service flow, assisting with special seating requests, and maintaining a clean, organized host stand. You’ll greet guests, communicate wait times, introduce guests to their server, answer reservation inquiries by phone, support concierge outreach and brand representation at off-site events, monitor dining area status, coordinate seating rotation with leadership, and assist fellow team members with bussing tables or running food while upholding THE ONE GROUP’s hospitality standards. This role requires a personable, energetic hospitality mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
