Job Summary
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, manage OpenTable reservations, and coordinate seating to optimize service flow. Assist guests with special requests, provide menus, and introduce them to servers while maintaining a clean host stand. Answer phone calls, handle reservation inquiries, and monitor dining areas to update the Maître D on table status. Thank departing guests and support service by bussing tables or running food as needed. Adhere to health regulations and represent THE ONE GROUP professionally with an elevated appearance. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting trays, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant
