Job Summary
As a Host/Hostess for THE ONE GROUP, you are the first and last impression for guests, managing reservations with OpenTable, coordinating seating to optimize service flow, assisting with special seating requests, and maintaining an organized host stand while upholding high hospitality standards. You’ll greet guests, provide menus, answer reservation inquiries, support off-site events, monitor dining area status, and assist with bussing or running food as needed. The role requires strong hospitality, multitasking, and communication skills, the ability to stand for long periods and lift trays, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred, and prior host or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
