Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, manage OpenTable reservations, and coordinate seating to optimize front-of-house flow. Assist with special seating requests, communicate table availability, and provide menus upon seating. Maintain a clean host stand, answer phone inquiries, and support concierge outreach at off-site events. Monitor dining areas, update table status for the Maître D, and assist with bussing or running food as needed. Adhere to health regulations and uphold THE ONE GROUP's hospitality standards while representing the brand professionally. Requires ability to stand for long periods, work nights/weekends/holidays, and wear heels if applicable.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant
