Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, manage OpenTable reservations, and coordinate seating to optimize service flow. Assist with special seating requests, communicate table availability, and provide menus while introducing guests to servers. Maintain a clean host stand, answer phone inquiries, and handle concierge outreach for off-site events. Monitor the dining area, update the Maître D on table status, and thank departing guests. Support service by bussing tables and running food as needed, adhering to health regulations and THE ONE GROUP's hospitality standards. Requires ability to stand long periods, work nights/weekends/holidays, and represent the brand professionally.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant
