Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, manage OpenTable reservations, and coordinate seating to optimize front-of-house flow. Assist with special requests, communicate table availability, and introduce guests to servers. Maintain a clean host stand, answer phone inquiries, and support service by bussing tables or running food. Monitor dining areas, update the Maître D on table status, and assist with concierge outreach. Adhere to health regulations and represent THE ONE GROUP professionally. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift trays when needed
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant
