Job Summary
As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first and last impression for guests, greeting warmly, managing OpenTable reservations, coordinating seating to optimize service flow, assisting with special seating requests, communicating wait times, introducing guests to their server, maintaining a clean host stand, answering reservation inquiries, and supporting front-of-house operations to ensure an elevated dining experience. Strong hospitality mindset, multitasking, organizational skills, and the ability to stand for long periods are essential; experience with reservations systems is preferred, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.
