Job Summary
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your mission is to manage reservations, coordinate seating, and enhance the guest experience while maintaining a smooth front-of-house flow. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests,OpenTable reservations, coordinating seating to optimize service flow, assisting with special seating requests, communicating table availability and wait times, providing menus and introducing guests to their server, maintaining a clean and organized host stand and menu area, answering incoming calls, handling reservation inquiries, assisting with concierge outreach and brand representation at off-site events, monitoring the dining area and coordinating seating rotation with the Maître D/Lead Host, thanking guests as they leave, and inviting them to return. You may also assist fellow team members with bussing tables, running food, or supporting service as needed, and must adhere to health and sanitation regulations while upholding THE ONE GROUP’s hospitality standards. The role requires a professional appearance and comfort in heels (if applicable) and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
