Job Summary
Greet guests, seat patrons, and guide service flow to ensure a quality dining experience. Maintain seating charts and manage reservations; ensure menus are clean; organize and maintain service podium; coordinate dining room staff to deliver fast, courteous service; welcome guests, escort to tables, provide menus, and refill water. Inspect dining room stations for neatness, and uphold cleanliness and proper equipment use. Schedule reservations and special dining arrangements; communicate clearly with guests and team; complete closing duties. Weekend availability required. Maintain positive working relationships with others to support team goals and contribute to a pleasant dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a food and beverage role.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and have sound customer service skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment in the Restaurant
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers
