Host/Hostess - THE BUFFET

Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and manage seating procedures to track assignments and monitor dining flow. Greet arrivals immediately with a cheerful disposition, provide rolled table settings, and coordinate with the host stand for additional requests. Complete assigned daily tasks, including cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware as directed. Maintain a professional image while promoting a unique dining environment. A high school diploma and previous guest service experience in a high-volume setting are preferred.
