Job Summary
Handle members and guests' enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information which meets their needs. Ensure all cancelled/refused/waiting lists are recorded with the reason for cancellation/refusal and that all details are followed up and actioned. Maintain personal knowledge of all Club's members and refresh your knowledge constantly. Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent, and transparent, demonstrating flexibility throughout service to maximize guests' expectations. Possess strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility to work long shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Strong organisational and time management skills
