Job Summary
Welcome guests warmly by opening the door, smiling, and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant. Seat guests at their own pace and hand the appropriate menu(s) to each guest after seating. Communicate with servers and managers regarding table availability, seating of large parties, or special requests to ensure seamless service. Handle guest complaints by listening to concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall satisfaction. This role supports a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment at Sushi Masa AYCE, where you create unforgettable dining experiences with our All-You-Can-Eat sushi concept.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
