Job Summary
As a Host/Hostess at Twin Anchors Houseboats, you'll greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring an excellent guest experience. You'll provide information on the rental process, handle guest inquiries, and work collaboratively with team members in the Guest Services Department. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically. Experience in hospitality or tourism is preferred, along with WHMIS training for safety compliance.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
