Job Summary
Greet guests immediately with a warm attitude, seat them, and present clean menus. Manage the seating chart, track open menu counts, and keep the kitchen informed. Assist servers by busing tables and re-prepping for the next guest. Offer a warm farewell, thanking guests and inviting them to return. Adjust to high-pressure situations and maintain a calm professional demeanor while standing for long hours. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds twenty times per shift. Required Qualifications
- Full service restaurant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organization skill
- Ability to be organized in a changing environment
- Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to reach, bend, squat and lift while on the shift
- Ability to carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per shift
