Job Summary
Greet and seat members and guests at the door while managing reservations in the system, noting special requests and VIPs. Control the flow of guests across multiple dining rooms, provide menus, and notify servers of table assignments. Answer telephone inquiries, check voicemail, and confirm all reservations at least one day in advance. Assist with service tasks such as pouring beverages, resetting tables, and maintaining a clean host stand. Complete opening and closing sidework, attend staff meetings, and communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations. Work weekends as needed and maintain a safe environment while adhering to established service standards.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
