Job Summary
Greet each member walking through the door by name, provide personal service, and assist members with their requests. Seat guests in the dining venue while exhibiting exceptional customer service skills and maintaining professional presentation at all times. Manage reservations using the computerized system, various Microsoft software, digital calendars, and web-based tools. Ensure all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient, and pleasant manner while assisting in dining room areas as needed. Maintain mature, professional behavior and appearance with open availability on holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Must have open availability on holidays and weekends
- Computer skills including the reservation system, various Microsoft software, digital calendars and the web based software
- Time management and organization skill with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with the ability to set priorities in a changing environment
- Mature, professional behavior and appearance
- Open to change, continued learning and upgrading of skills
- Communication skills to effectively interact with members and co-workers
- Professional presentation at all times
