Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, assist with administrative tasks like updating guest lists, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment. Manage wait times during peak hours and support training for new staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills required.
